Your satisfaction as our loyal customer is our first priority. Because of the confidence that we have in our own products, we are able to offer our customers a 30-Day Return Policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Which iterms are returnable?

Due to the merchant's reason, the products need to be returned. How to deal with it?

Solution: We replace it!
If you receive your product from us with above issues, please hold the product and all packaging. With your cooperation and photo of your package and item(s) we will investigate, offer a solution and ship out any replacements needed.
Who will pay the freight when the product is returned?
Returns are free of charge. The customer will bear the freight unless products are defective or wrong.
The cost of all other returns (including full refunds) will be borne by the customer.
3celectrohub products will not be held liable for any returns that are misdirected by post and we recommend using a recorded delivery service when sending returns to us.

Refund conditions:
Product Quality Problems: If the furniture you received has quality problems, manufacturing defects or transportation damages, please contact us within 48 hours after signing the receipt and provide relevant pictures and description of the problem so that we can assist in solving the problem in time.
Wrong shipment: If we have shipped the wrong furniture or provided the wrong specification, please contact us within 14 days after you receive the product and we will provide you with a full refund or replacement with the correct product.
Unsuitable for use: If the furniture is not what you expected or you are unexpectedly dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. We will assist you with a full refund based on the actual situation.
Refund process:
- PayPal refundsmay take up to 24 hours to process and show up in your account.
- Credit card refunds take 7-14 business days to arrive. This is entirely dependent on your credit card company and any intermediaries.
- Note: Prices of products on our website fluctuate with cost and we will not refund any difference in price caused by this.
